Heather Lloyd-Martin is a 20-year search engine optimization and content marketing veteran. She is President and CEO of SuccessWorks, a digital marketing firm she founded in 1998 that provides SEO consulting and training. In the book "Online Marketing Heroes" by Michael Miller, Lloyd-Martin was called "the pioneer of SEO copywriting".

Heather serves on the board of American Writers and Artists, Inc., is an advisory board member of SEMpdx and serves on the PubCon conference advisory board. She is the immediate past chair of the Direct Marketing Association's Search Engine Marketing Council and serves on the Program Advisory Committee for major DMA conferences. Heather is a guest lecturer at Darden School of Business (University of Virginia).
